Drawing - Human Rights
I first applied my artistic skills to social justice and human rights during a trip to investigate mass graves in Guatemala in 1990. Since then, I have made drawings of forensic investigations of mass killings, land mines, and refugee camps for books and reports by Human Rights Watch, Physicians for Human Rights, and the Human Rights Center of the University of California at Berkeley. My work as an Illustrator/Mission Specialist has taken me to Mexico, Guatemala, Iraqi Kurdistan, Bosnia, Croatia, Cambodia, and Burma.
